By accessing our website or using any of our merchant services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Scope of Services

Pawn Shop Merchant Services offers a range of financial technology and merchant support solutions tailored for pawn shop businesses across the United States. Our services include:

  • Credit and debit card transaction processing

  • Point-of-sale (POS) system installation and equipment support

  • Mobile and online payment gateway integration

  • Merchant account setup and business consultation

  • Ongoing technical support and service management

These services are intended strictly for business use and not for individuals or personal/non-commercial applications. 

Eligibility and Registration

To register for and access our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Own or represent a registered business operating in the U.S.

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date business and identification details

  • Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in your service agreement

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account.

Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous, reliable access to our pawn shop merchant services, but service availability may be affected by:

We reserve the right to:

    • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time

    • Terminate accounts that violate our terms or pose compliance risks

Merchant Responsibilities

  • Maintain current and accurate business and banking information

  • Adhere to the terms of your service and equipment agreements

Violations may result in suspension, financial penalties, or account termination. 

Payment Terms and Fees

Our services may be billed monthly, annually, or per transaction, depending on your merchant agreement. All applicable charges will be detailed in your contract and may include:

  • Credit/debit transaction fees

  • POS hardware/software fees

  • Monthly account maintenance or gateway access charges

  • Equipment replacement or service fees

  • Early termination or cancellation fees (if stated)

You are responsible for maintaining adequate funds in your linked business account to cover charges. Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in your agreement.

Termination of Services

You may cancel your services at any time by contacting customer support, subject to any applicable early termination clauses.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach any part of these Terms

  • Your account remains inactive for an extended time

  • Fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity is detected

Termination of service does not release you from outstanding payments or the return of company-owned equipment.
